No need to panic.

Each sachet is about 7g.

BrownPaperandString · 30/04/2010 21:19

I'm pretty sure that a 1oz (so 28g) cube of fresh is equal to one 7g sachet of dried.

And one more thing - I had to use wholemeal plain instead of plain plain flour. I'm making pastry/croissantly/bun things. Are they doomed?

I have a feeling i should have added more liquid.

Leaving the dough in the fridge to rise over night and will finish it off in the morning.
