recipe for a creamy mushroom sauce to top my pork?

i have the following in my fridge mushrooms butter creme freche milk onions but no booze any ideas?

Any garlic? If so;

Lightly fry garlic, add mushrooms to brown slightly, stir in creme freche....voila, Bob is indeed your uncle!

Best to do it fresh or creme freche can go a bit yucky. I now want pork and garlic mushrooms!

You could start it now:

Fry mushrooms, onions and garlic
Add a touch of light stock (chicken or veg)

Then just before serving add the cream/creme.

Got any blue cheese?
