Do you reckon you can freeze this marinade?

Made a marinade (for Salmon) with onions, garlic, cider vinegar, sugar and chilli.

Made too much for one night and want to freeze half - do you think it will it be OK?

I'd do it. If you're unsure why don't you freeze a tiny bit and check it later.

Thanks Debka - will give it a try. Just not sure how I'd know it is OK when I come to use it. Guess I can assume if it freezes solid it will be OK.
