Totally fine. Egg-very healthy and protein. Rice-carbs. Carrots-veg. Ketchup-hmmm...well, at least it contains lycopene.

Whats with the "(no fat)" ?

coldtits · 09/04/2010 14:01

I'm too fat and tbh ds2 is slightly on the plumptious side so I use a very non stick pan for the scrambly soy sauce eggs, and don't use any fat to cook them

It would only be awful for lunch if the person you where serving it to didn't like it.

bibbitybobbityhat · 09/04/2010 15:51

Oh I see. I love egg fried rice so would have been delighted with that lunch, personally . Well, maybe not the ketchup part, but otherwise its all good.

But even if you do use oil to cook it, its only a tiny bit anyway isn't it? All the flavour comes from the egg. Yum.

Fine if that's what he likes.

DD had a Greggs sausage roll and cream doughnut for the second time this week

Children need fat.

Sounds tasty.

overmydeadbody · 09/04/2010 15:58

Trillian they don't need fat in every meal they have though.

TrillianAstra · 09/04/2010 17:01

No, but no particular need to it to be 'no fat'.
