Gah.
How about a pasta salad nicoise style? Tuna, eggs, mild green onions whastever other salad veg you can eat. Lots of different tastes in it but plain enough.

BillieJackson · 06/04/2010 20:09

Macaroni cheese (light on the cheese) or pasta with some veg

Jacket potatoes

Steamed fish?

is it gall bladder?

Disenchanted5 · 06/04/2010 20:11

I don't know whats up with me yet, it may be IBS, it may be crohns, it may be a develping allergy...

so she said just keep it simple.

I like really rich foods though or at least a wee bit of sauce with something.

Not rea;lly low fat but it can't be rich.

Oh eggs are good, a nice boiled egg with soldiers

I was misdiagnosed for over 10 years when all along it was my gall bladder Dis, so make sure they check that out.

Homemade veggie soups will be nice and kind to you

Disenchanted5 · 06/04/2010 20:32

I lived on beans on toast for a long time as it was the only thing that really didn't set off an attack [grim]
