I have blanched green beans and mange tout and chopped roasted hazelnuts - what dressing??

I don't have any nut oil - what dressing could I do??

Orange, olive oil, salt, garlic. It's from an Ottolengi recipe for a green bean, hazelnut and orange salad, but I'm too lazy to go to the kitchen to get the quantities. So I've guessed more or less recalled.

I was going to do the ottolenghi recipe and then realised I didn't have any nut oil! That's great thank you - the recipe only says zest of orange and nut oil, which doesn't sound that fab. Love your mix!

what ratio of orange juice and olive oil? or are you thinking just zest too?

Maybe a bit of zest too. Not sure about the ratio - I'm more a squeeze and squirt til it tastes ok kinda girl myself. Not much help to you though!
