Non creamy, wheat and gluten free fish bake recipe?

I've got some Pollock to use and recently I had pollock with cheesy crust which was delicious! I'm looking for a fish bake/pie recipe that is gluten/wheat free, doesn't taste creamy but contains cheese please?

its really easy and you dont need to add creme fraiche like he says ,we have made it lots of times without
