Cous cous cooking with cling film and boiling water - urgent help

Need help with cous cous quick simple preparation. I've done it before but forgotten.

So proportions for cooking couscous with hot water - ie one cup cous cous one cup water. I know you can add butter/olive oil or much more interesting stuff etc but tonight I'm desperate for proportions for the basics!

Yep, same amount of boiling water as for cous cous then cover with cling film and leave for about 10 minutes, fluff with a fork.

ok so principle is 1 cup of couscous, one cup of boiling water. Match it, whatever the quantity. Fantastic both. Many thanks.
