Need a nice, easy, healthy sauce to go with salmon

I'm entertaining the in-laws over Easter, my plan is to get a whole salmon to bake in the oven then serve it hot with new pots and veg.

Any good ideas for a nice sauce to go with hot salmon? It needs to be easy but also low fat.

I do low fat creme fraiche with chives snipped in - for a complete meal I put in petits pois and prawns too

Low fat creme fraiche with some green pesto and a little lemon juice, all heated gently together.
