meringues are great - what about the egg yolks?

I am baking for a coffee morning fundraiser (the only time I ever do any!) and have a recipe for meringue biscuits which use a lot of egg whites. Any good ideas on recipes which use maybe 6 egg yolks - baking preferred but all suggestions welcome!

All I can suggest is either a shedload of hollandaise sauce, or custard tart.

ice cream, also pastry with egg yolks - savoury and or sweet, you could make a quiche, using egg yolks for the pastry, then use the yolks with yoghurt or cream for the filling.
