Wed - sausage and mash or pasta with spicy pasta sauce, haven't decided

Thurs - Fish - Tesco's lighted dusted river cobbler is lovely fish... homemade wedges and salad

Fri to Sun - AWAY with girlfriends so lots of boozy lunches!

Spaghetti bolognese with garlic bread

Roast chicken with roasted carrots, parsnips and potatoes, broccoli and peas

Chicken casserole or chicken soup (will make both if there is enough chicken left over)

Trout fillets with a herb crust, baby new potatoes and vegetables

Steak ciabatta with salad

Sausage and mash with peas or green beans

Spag bol is for tonight, not sure which days I will do the other dishes. We will go to my parents' on Sunday for a roast (probably beef or lamb.)

Feierabend · 03/03/2010 19:51

We're still on quick cook recipes as DD2 is only 10 months old so not much time for cooking, but so far this week we've had

Sat - pasta with hidden veg sauce for all 4 of us
Sun - sausages, mash and savoy cabbage
Mon - beef & noodle stir fry
Tue - pork escalopes in a creamy mushroom sauce, rice and broccoli
Wed - pasta bake with blue cheese and spinach. Just coming out of the oven now.

Doesn't sound as exciting as everyone else's food

janeiteisFedUp · 03/03/2010 21:03

Yum to savoy cabbage though.
