About 50% fruit and veg; about 20% protein (meat, fish, cheese), about 20% carbs (not wheat, see below); the rest dairy (mostly yoghurt) oils and small amounts of sugary stuff (couple of squares of chocolate or couple of biscuits or a pain au chocolat (which I always regret later due to the wheat).
Anything different from this and my gut starts misbehaving, my skin goes all dry and I get headaches and feel tired and ratty. If I ate as many frank carbs as they say you should I would feel terrible all the time.
