I don't knowwhat to do with my lovely packet of meatballs!

Help me out someone please. My inspiration has died.

Have a pack of those mini lamb meatballs in the freezer. Trying to come up with a dish I can serve to my family, which needs to be child friendly.

Am thinking couscous type meal, but am stuck past that.

If you're thinking ffs woman, you're right, but have mercy on me, I'm on catch up from night shifts.

i cook for 30 mins in passata with some mustard and origano/basil and serve with pasta - quick/easy/healthy

or serve them in pitta pockets filled with plenty of salad and hummous

make this or a simple variation of it with whatever veg your family will eat and then plop all the meatballs in too to cook. Serve with couscous. Will be lovely.
