Ideas for simple fish recipes with loads of Omega 3/6/9 in them please

Can I have some inspiration for easy fish recipes for me and 2 pre-schoolers please. We don't eat enough oily fish or Omega 3/6/9 so could do with recipes with lots of that in.

Nothing too fiddly (I'm a lapsed veggie so I'm not very experienced with fish). Anything freezable would be even better.

And I don't really like salmon [fussy emoticon].

TIA

Fish cakes.

Equal quantites of mashed potato and cooked fish (I usually use salmon but works with any fish). Extras could include any of parsley, chopped capers or gherkins, chopped sauted onions, chopped spring onions.

Dust in plain flour and fry in butter/oil until brown and heated through.

You can freeze and the brown from frozen and finish off in the oven.
