Came across this recipe and made it for the first time today and I am in heaven! It is the most delicious thing I have ever tasted!
brown rice
chicken
grapes (halved)
sultanas
pineapple chunks
sliced banana
low fat mayo
low fat natural yoghurt
lemon juice
cook the rice and the chicken, chop up the chicken then chuck everything in a bowl, swirl it around and serve on a bed of lettuce. (chuck a bit of pepper over it if you like)
