What to do with lots of leftover roast lamb?

It was stuffed with a mix of rosemary, garlic, salt, pepper and anchovy. I can't bear to chuck it and was thinking along a Med flavour. Can I reheat the lamb?

Can anyone give me some ideas on how to use it up tonight?

ergh no
leave in fridge and scoff as you pass wiht salt and a bit of icey mint jelly.
eat then walk past dh/family without showing bulging hamseter cheeks and lamb breath ? me

I was going to say curry but with those flavours it might be a bit odd - so I'd just make a stew with onions, leeks, peppers. olives/whatever veg you like, and red wine.

Cook in passata, chilli, peppers and rice/couscous.

Or with lentils, stock, ginger, chilli, cumin and serve with chapattis.

spemd all day chopping off bit, diping in suace and scoffing

or wrap it in foil and warm thru and have with lots of roasties and veggies

or... lamb sandwiches for lunch perhaps with wedges to make it a big lunch iyswim

proper shepherd's pie should be made with leftover lamb - minced or chopped dead small

in fact this is the only shepherd's pie I like

or serve cold in pittas with lots of raita and onion
