Does anyone have recipies for a slow cooker?

I got given a slow cooker secondhand, but have no recipies for it. I have a DS on a gf diet, but most normal recipies can be adjusted to cover that. Anyone got any ideas? No peas(DD) or peppers(DS1) or courgettes(DS2). TIA.

I found the other thread after posting this. If anyone has ideas for things that either have potatoes in or can be served with potatoes, or can be served with rice (no pasta, no cous cous as DS1 can't eat these and doesn't like GF pasta too often). I got given one of those halogen thingys at the same time (mother has an ideal world obsession, managed to buy two of each, so I got given the extras when dad realised!). Not a clue what to put in that either...

Lamb shoulder cubed, mushrooms, tin of condensed mushroom soup, peppers (optional)

Whole chicken stuffed with lemon and garlic, couple of tablespoons of white wine.

Meatballs, passata, garlic, onions, mushrooms.

LL- I got a Hamlyn book from amazon with 200 recipes for £2.99. Have yet to make a bad recipe.

Tried the following:
Lamb curry
Lamb shanks
Haddick kedgeree
Beef chilli
Soups
Boiled ham in cola
Sausage stew

To name a few...so far it has earned its keep!

do normal stewy/shepherds piece/curry type recipes but don't add so much liquid - ie miss out the stock and just add the cube

one of our favs is chicken bits or pork, glug white wine, thyme, garlic clove, large glug tom sauce, bayleaf, 2 onions sliced, choped bacon if you have it, tin baked beans - bit like one of the french casseroles - add some cornflour in water if too thin

or curry - meat, onion, apple, sutlanas, tin toms, curry powder, stock cube - but i don't add the water - which i would if done on stove. and chutney or pickle
