Food combinations that shouldn't work but do...

I just had marmite and mascarpone on toast. It was delicious! I'm also a fan of a custard cream, split in two, with a slice of corned beef inside.

Probably not to everyone's taste I'd agree, but what unusual combinations of foods do you enjoy?

Strawberry yogurt with ready salted crisps or hula hoops.

Marmite rice cakes (my new discovery) with cheese

curry and avocado

mmmmmmmmmmmmm yum

peanut butter, coleslaw and chilli jam mixed together, and eaten with a celery stick.....
Oh and beans heated up with lettuce, ...then sprinkle crunched up crisps on top....mmmmm mmm
