Slow cook beef not in beer/wine/onions - fed up with these

Ok as a cattle breeder my freeezer is full of slow cook beef. I am (and hubby) sick to death of beef in wine/beer/onions/gravey etc.

What else can I do that is GOOD - ie I want to do more curries (proper stuff) but they all state tender (steak) and wonder if I overcooked the herbs and spices that I would spoil the taste.

Is there anything else that I can do for a change? Help the freezer is not going down!

My favourite slow cooker recipe is diced beef with onions, peppers, carrots, mushrooms and any other veg I have. I prepare it all the night before and add a good amount of season-all spice, curry powder, salt and pepper and a couple of tins of tomatoes. Preparing it the night before (leave in the f ridge) means it has time to marinade before cooking.

It sounds really boring and I was sceptical but it is oneofmy favourite meals.
