My poor little DD is not very well this week, pretty sure it's the dreaded swine flu .

Anyway, I am sure she'll be on the mend by next week. I'm trying to do next week's online shop but I need a bit of inspiration about what might be easy, comforting, build-your-strength-up meals for a little girl. She's not good with red meat, much prefers cheese or fish based meals.

Any ideas gratefully received.

Dippy eggs and soldiers

Tbh - nothing. Gallons and gallons of milk (for otherwise not particularly milk-drinking children). Can last for a week or so before nibbling at toast and the like.

If I was up for eating little somethings my mum used to make me pasta chopped up with some cheese mixed in. Dont know if that will help. Otherwise toast and jam. Or sweet runny porridge. Hope she feels better soon
