HELP ME! My beef caserole is too SALTY!

Ive just used those Beef Stock Pots from Knorr,its coming up to the boil on the hob and i've just tasted it and it's soooo salty!
It's a massive caserole as cooking for a neighbour whose ill so I have to rescue it. Ive used 2 1/2 litres in the stew so shit loads of rescuing to do.

Can anyone help me?

Furball, shouldn't you put a warning on it if some other unsuspecting soul is going to get the knorr stock pots?

I use these stock pots as they're gf, but you can't add any other salt to it, or reduce it, and I always add a diced potato. (can't use oxo anymore as not gf)

Peel a spud, leave it whole and chuck it in. It will absord much of the salt. When done take it out and chuck it.
