Anyone got Ainsley's Spinach and Chickpea Curry recipe?

I have googled but no success. It was a recipe for spinach and chickpea curry from one of ainsley harriot's cookbooks - it also had potatoes and tinned toms in it. Does anyone have it / remember it? If so please could you remind me of it? TIA.

I don't have that particular recipe, but I can have a similar recipe.

I'd heat some oil and when hot addd half a teaspoon of cumin seeds. They should pop and fizz. Then add a chopped onion and fry till brown. Add spices. I use quite generous measures because I like my curries to be flavourfull, but you can be meaner.

Half tsp of turmeric
Half tsp of ground cumin
Half tsp of ground coriander
One tsp of chilli powder (or to taste)
One tsp of salt

Stir so the spices are cooked out. (If you wanted to you could add a teaspoon of garum masala instead of the cumin and coriander.)

Add about half a tin of chopped tomatoes and stir into the onions. Give them some time to fry out.

Add drained, tinned chickpeas and the cubed potatoes. You may need to add some water or more tomato to get enough sauce. Cook until the potatoes are soft and then stir in the spinach and cook until it's wilted.

Thanks for your replies! I like your suggestions happysmiley. I had a bit of a heads together with a couple of friends and we managed between us to remember the recipe - here it is:

Fry onions, garlic, 2 chopped deseeded green chillies, 2 tbsp medium curry powder and grated ginger.
Add tinned toms, cubed new potatoes and enough stock to cover the spuds. Leave for enough time for the potatoes to cook.
Add tinned chickpeas, turn off heat, add greek yoghurt and chopped fresh coriander.

We made it today, and it is bloomin lovely!! Yummmmmmmm!
