Delia' s lasagne recipe- any good?

Having a few friends over next Sat and want something I can stick in the oven and not worry about when they arrive.
It;s the recipe from the "how to cook" book, and involves 4 hours of cooking the ragu sause.
Has anyone made it?

Not hers but have made lasagne with ragu sauce (Nigel Slater recipe). Is delicious and well worth the effort.

This is my favourite recipe for lasagne though here.

Yes, have made this and it is lovely but VERY rich - think it has lumps of cheese in it as well as the bechamel sauce and ragu.

I do love the ragu sauce though, even with the 4 hours in the oven each time, and Delia's recipe is the one I always use for this
