Does anyone use any of Delia's "Frugal Food" recipes?

I have the book, have had it for years, since before it was rereleased, but I don't think that I have ever used it. I just didn't think anything looked that frugal, or interesting really. Sorry

No - my DP bought me this book (he has a habit of buying me crap cookbooks, Tana Ramsay anyone?) and it is utterly underwhelming isn't it. Think it was published as a money making attempt last year when the credit crunch was in full flood, it is a rehash of the 70s book but with a couple of paragraphs of updates - there is not one recipe that I would cook.

Nah, not a Delia fan in any case but this one really is rubbish.
