Hi everyone, can someone help. I'm bored of the same old same old, my cooking is normally basic but I am trying to become more confident and try new things
I quite fancy stuffing the chicken with the mushrooms and wrapping in the bacon. Now my question is, how to keep it from being dry? How should I cook it? Should I put anything else with it. I quite fancy cheese, but all I have is cheddar, could I use that
I have quite a few things store cupboard ingredients. Can anyone suggest something yummy?
Oh and I also have 1/2 pot of greek yougurt bought for another receipe that could do with using up if I can incorporate it?
DH and I are fairly easy to please
I have either pasta/rice/potatoes to go with the chicken and lots of veg.
