Its a pasta recipe. I'm dieting. Would low fat fromage frais or creme fraiche be OK?

yes but do not boil them, stir in at the end as they split if overheated (tastes fine but looks bad)

GothDetective · 19/01/2010 12:43

Thanks. Is one better than the other taste wise?

but read the pots - even reduced fat creme fraiche is pretty fatty (30%? I forget)
low fat fromage frais is v nearly fat free

GothDetective · 19/01/2010 12:52
