Red pepper quiche/tart - anyone got a good recipe?

Went out for lunch a couple of weeks back and had a delicious tart described on the menu as red pepper, ricotta and basil.

Have done a brief google search for something similar but can't find much, so I wondered if anyone here has a tried-and-tested recipe they might pass on? Thanks
