Which are the tastiest oven chips?

As a recent convert to oven chips, can someone recommend which are the tastiest? I'm not too bothered about fat/salt but want to know what's YUMMY.

There's no such thing as tasty oven chips. Have proper chips but have them infrequently.

home made chips are quick and much tastier.

Don't bother peeling them, just wash and scrub, chop into whatever shapes you like drizzle with olive oil and bung in oven!

Sprinkle of paprika is nice too.
