BB date 7th jan, smells alright, tastes alright putting it in a chicken pie...wwyd???

If it smells fine, taste it. If it tastes fine, use it.
My kids are always thrwing stuff away as past its sell by, but in my experience, creme fraiche lasts way longer than they say. Although full fat is longer than half. trust your senses is what I say!

creme fraiche lasts for ages after it's supposed to. I'd certainly use it if it smelled and tasted OK.

I practically live on out of date creme fraiche! The best before dates on it are totally useless.
