I want to use up leftover marzipan...

but have no idea of what recipe. Can you help?

Maybe a cake? With it chopped up or grated in? Maybe a tart of some sort?

Get some dates - the kind in boxes with stones still in (if you can get out in the snow!), stone them and replace the stones with marzipan rolled into little sausage shapes. Then dip one half in melted dark chocolate and leave to set. They are delicious.
Otherwise maybe you could do an early Simnel cake? Or a Battenburg cake?
Mmmmm marzipan.

I can't resist marzipan.
