help, only got pork loin steaks in, any ideas

Ive just found some pork loin steaks in freezer, i dont know what to do with em. I'm bored with the obvious!

any cheese in that you could stuff them with? or apples and you could layer them up with apples and a bit of onion and cook them slowly (after browning them)

Cube them, brown them in butter, then simmer in marmalade thinned with chicken broth and a teaspoon of soy sauce?

We had pork loin steaks the last 2 nights (bumper pack )

  1. Beaten flat, dipped in flour, egg, herbed breadcrumbs and fried as snitchels.
  1. Fry an onion, add meat chopped into chunky strips, brown off, add stock/water and bay, gently stew for an hour or so, add 2 chopped peppers and some paprika and seasoning, stew for longer then add suet dumplings on the top.

The suet dumplings are optional - I wouldn't normally but dc's adore them and they need good stodge after walking home in the snow!

cook them through in the frying pan. fry some onions, put a spoonful of onions on each one with a teaspoon of apple sauce and top with cheese - grill until cheese nice and bubbling.
