Red lentils are good and free on SW. Or add a potato which I always finds helps to thicken.

Potatoes, noodles, pasta, rice would all make it thicker. I wouldn't precook any of them. Some low fat yogurt instead of cream? Can you tell I love soup?

what about worcestr sauce....

i make my soup thicker by whizzing less of the water in when i whizz it

EccentricaGallumbits · 10/01/2010 16:00

hmmmm wasn't going to whizz it but at the moment it's just some nice tasting water with chunks of chicken and pepper floating.

don't have any lentils. must get some in. shall i chuck in some noodles then?

and i have some fromage frais. would that help?
