Dh & kids had hot dogs, but I don't like sausages, so I had a chicken fillet stir fried with mushrooms & onions topped with a tbsp of chilli sauce with rice.

Things were hectic after I had DS who is 1.5. He has been a handful so I've been out of action. I'm glad to have the time again. I missed it.

Egg and bacon sandwiches with fresh bread.

Yummy!

Kids had pasta followed by hot cross buns.

(We do not usually eat quite so many carbs

I'm not in France moondog - I found the recipe in the Times2 section, sometime last year, and thought it sounded rather yummy. But you are right about it being not exactly diet food!

mmmm. Think I might make egg and bacon sandwiches tomorrow.

Tonight, we had roasted squash and sweet potato, with roast tomatoes and veggie sausages. Leftover crumble for pudding.
