I've just agreed to make something savoury for a kid's party in 2 hours. I thought I could whip up some savoury muffins but as for ingredient I've got:
Cheese (though not a lot, 50g of chedder, but plenty or parmesan)
Courgette
Tomato puree
I thought I would put them all together, there are some recipes for courgette, cheese and tomato muffins but all use actual tomatoes? Would tomato puree be a bit ick? Oooh, I've got pesto, would that work better?
Help! Don't want to be the only mummy who can whip up some lovely healthy treat at a moment's notice!
