If I make up a big batch of home made burger mix when can I freeze it - before or after I put the egg in...?

I do it after... If you have a lakeland burger maker it comes with little wax disks which keeps everything separated nicely

I don't put egg in my home-made burgers at all, just meat, onion and garlic. I just freeze them wrapped in greaseproof paper.
