not sure how practical a suggestion this is, but can you do anything with quinoa? I'm pretty sure the last time I had a box of quinoa it had a recipe on the back where you cooked it a bit like porridge but with juice rather than milk, and some cinnamon and fruit.

The Doves farm Special K alike cereal which is made from Buckwheat is very satisfying and low GI

I second the quinoa porridge, Gillian Mckeith has it in her "You Are What You Eat' book.

Personally I love adding yoghurt to just cooked quinoa, its delish.

There are several really good gluten free mueslis - Southern Alps made with puffed rice and dried fruit. Tesco do a really good luxury muesli and there is a fabulous gluten free granola (can't remember brand - sorry) that I get from Waitrose free from section.
