Seeking decadent gluten-free dessert recipe

Does anyone have a good receipt for a gluten-free dessert, suitable for a NYE dinner party? (not including pavlova, which I have made before for this particular group of friends). Ideally, I would love to make a boozy trifle..

Make a boozy trifle then ! If you go to any larger supermarket (basically anything but an express type store) and look in their free from aisle, you'll find Doves Farm self raising flour, and that has a plain sponge cake recipe on the side that works well. Custard is gluten free normally

We are having cheesecake which if you could source gluten free gingernuts would be ok.

if you're after something custardy, there are a few on this website. i like the brulee here. Haven't tried it but the torte looks good.
