I know it's generally a no no, but am I right in thinking that if I froze something when it was raw, it is OK to freeze it again after cooking it?
Turkey was a monster so I lopped off the legs and froze them before it was cooked (it was a fresh turkey to start with, not defrosted). They weigh about 3 pounds each though, so when I defrost one and make a casserole/curry will it be OK to divide the cooked dish up and freeze half?
