Long shot - but anyone got an ancient Food Aid cook book?

MY Step-Dad's looking for his one specialty recipe but can't find the book. I can't remember the exact name of the recipe so can't find it online. It's something like Creamy spiced chicken.
Hope someone can help!

Thanks Lard! He eventually found it online but I'll have a look at the reciped...Garam Masala and lots of double cream are all I can remember!
