I have ordered Nigellas Xmas book because of mumsnet

I was browsing yesterday looking for turkey cooking tips and so many good comments about the turkey bath in Nigella, I have ordered it (hopefully to arrive today) Turkey not being picked up till Xmas eve but am going to bathe it for at least the overnight. So I will be trying out based on MNet recommendations- and I have never been a Nigella fan before, this may convert me (am Delia, Thai cookery and Jamie and Ainsley fan)

The best thing about this book is the make ahead/freeze tips. Time after time I look at other recipes and think 'can I freeze it?' but she tells you all this (wish she did the same in her other books!)

But tomorrow is Xmas eve and IT has still not arrived. What am I going to do about my turkey- I was so looking forward to trying the soak- even though I know it is for reduced time

You can Google he recipe anywhere I'm sure - just search for Nigella turkey brining and you'll get loads of hits...

I'll root out the book if you need the recipe

all sorted now, got it printed off , thanks everyone. Makes me wonder did I need the book after all... Only joking, there were loads of good reviews on it. I really think I might have to post asking people for some good recipe book recommendations as mine are all lovingly used (bar 2 useless ones that I was given and have cooked one thing out of each one and should really give to charity shops) but ready for some new ideas
