That's the really annoying thing about this series, not all the recipes are on the Ch 4 website. Why he doesn't just bring an Xmas book out I don't know.

yes if you have a computer (!) you have 4od, google it and yuo'll find all the series of Jamie and it tells you what episode he did the turkey
