have made this before, but not frozen it. Has anyone frozen it, and how well did it survive?

I made and froze this years ago and am thinking of doing the same this year. 24 hours before we were going to eat it, I took it out of the freezer and let it thaw in the refigerator. It was gorgeous!

I've frozen it, turned out perfect, although it needs a bit more dusting of cocoa powder. You can freeze it in slices too.

thank-you my lovelies. In that case I will make it tomorrow to eat on Christmas day.
