I've just made the white chocolate and cranberry fudge recipe that eidsvold posted - currently chilling in the fridge.
I'm seeing the people that I want to give it to tomorrow. I wonder if anyone knows how long it keeps and where it should be stored? Just wondering if they will need to eat it by a certain time and if the presents will be OK at room temperature until Christmas? (really don't want them opening up moldy sweets on Christmas Day!!)
