I plan on making it for teachers etc - How far in advance can I make it?? Does it keep well?

I bought some lovely bags to put it in and cant wait to try it now

That sounds delicious, do you have a link to the recipe please? I usually keep plain fudge for upto a week in the fridge, I don't know if it lasts past a week as that is the longest its taken us to eat it!
