Salmon fillets & pasta .... any recipes for a pasta sauce?

Please! Something quick and easy - plan to pre-cook the fish in foil and just flake it through the sauce but can't think what to do!

something with double cream & lemon? or creme fraiche?

saute an onion, then add in an whisked egg, pot of creme fraishe and some cajun pepper (or anything like that) then flake in your cooked salmon. Add on top of the pasta and voila

If you want to be lazy like me I love salmon, sweetcorn, pasta and mayonnaise!!

Thanks all ... what we ended up with was closest to Oooggs ... onion & garlic sauted in butter, cream added, salmon flaked in, 2 beaten eggs, pasta added and baked for 10 mins or so. Thanks to Mumsnetters and the BBC!!!!
