I don't know if this is good and advice or not but I would have a biscuit...but just the one.

This is the approach I take to maintaining my weight and it works for me. I've never seen the point of eating fruit when I want a biscuit. I would demolish the fruit bowl and then eat the biscuits anyway because I feel deprived

Medjool dates.

LizzyLordsALeaping · 08/12/2009 13:41

Dried figs or apricots

Make you regular as well

orangina · 08/12/2009 13:53

Dried fruit

Agree with doyouthink. One biscuit. Kills the craving and won't bust the calorie count. If you have dried fruit, you'll have a big handful and that'll be more calories.

displayuntiltwelfthnight · 08/12/2009 13:59

if you can stick with one biscuit, have the biscuit.
Dried dates otherwise as they're so sweet you can only manage a few at a time.

One biscuit - you won't feel 'deprived' and are more likely to stop at just the one. I'd personally rather eat my own ears than eats dates or apricots anyway (yuk for me).
If you're definitely being a good girl how about a low sugar jelly pot? I think they're really low in calories and come in a variety of flavours.

get some rich tea fingers

only 28kcal per bicuit so even if you have 2 thats about the same amount of calories as an apple!
