that creamy sauce to go in chicken pie how do i make it?

I either make a white sauce with water/chicken stock instead of milk, or put in leftover gravy.

Another vote for white sauce made with roux (flour, butter) and warm chicken stock added gradually to it until it is the consistency you want.

iv got a pot of creme fresh that needs using is there anyway i can encorporate that?

Lazy mare option..... fry chicken and any veg off... add a bit of butter, sprinkle in some flour ...stir a bit and then stir in milk.

thats more like it will try it with the creme fresh isted of milk though

Nigel Slater's pie has roux with half milk and half chicken stock plus cream. Go for it!
