Today: Tagliatelle bolognese (the 4 hour Marcella Hazan recipe!)

Tomorrow: Grilled Salmon, miso baked aubergine, soba noodles with shreaded dried seaweed

Thursday: Thai style sweet potato and butternut squash curry with pearled spelt

Friday: Dinner out!

Saturday: Grilled lamb (marinated in lemon, garlic, anchovy), Israeli couscous (the giant kind) with pomegranate and asparagus

mmm - everybody's meal plans sound great. Can we do this every week?!?

Monday dinner - Roast chicken breasts stuffed with chives and mushrooms, in a mushroom, courgette, tomato and creme fraiche sauce and served with sweet potato mash

Tuesday dinner- A bake of quorn, sweet potato, normal potato, courgette, mushroom and onions, with creme fraiche and cheese

Wednesday dinner - same as Tuesday's dinner

Thursday dinner - Mushroom risotto ( with quorn for me, chorizo for do)

Friday - Pizza

Sat - on my own so probably just snacks

Sunday - Honeyed gammon steaks

A tablespoon of Branston Pickle also really perks up a cottage pie. I always put parsnips in the mash too.
