Chicken thighs with the skin on but cut off the really fatty bits.
Place in dish and splash with some soy sauce.
Place teaspoon of apple sauce on top of each thigh.
Cover with foil and place in oven at 160 for 90-120 minutes. (It was cooked after 90 mins but the rest of the food wasn't ready so ended up being for 120 mins)
It was absolutely delicious! Clean plates all round.
