If I make soup with cream in today and stick it in the fridge, will it go all funny when I reheat it tomorrow?

Please help! I have a group of new friends coming for lunch tomorrow and want to make a nice lunch. I'm planning leek and potato and pea and courgette soups and both recipes include cream. I won't have time to cook tomorrow morning with my little ones around so I need to make it today.

Any advice? Will the cream go all curdley tomorrow when I reheat? I have cream and creme fraiche in fridge..

why not jsut make the soups without cream, then reheat and stir in the cream tomorrow?

Though, it shouldnt curdle if you reheat it nice and slowly

second reheating v slowly, lots of stirring and it'll be fine

That's really helpful. Cheers so much! Will start chopping those leeks!
